Privacy Policy
Last updated May 2026. We handle the personal information of owners, buyers, landlords and tenants with the same discretion we apply to off-market deals.
1. What we collect
Name, contact details (phone, WhatsApp, email), property details you submit, identification documents required for transactions, and basic analytics about how you use this site.
2. Why we collect it
To respond to inquiries, match owners with buyers, qualify leads, prepare valuations and listings, and improve our services. We never sell personal data.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your data based on (a) your consent, (b) the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps you requested, (c) compliance with legal obligations under Egyptian law, and (d) our legitimate interests in providing and improving our services.
4. Who sees it
Only the Elite advisory team and explicitly authorized partners working on your transaction (e.g. your lawyer, mortgage advisor, notary public). We do not share your data with third-party marketers or external broker networks.
5. Owner & landlord privacy
Off-market property identities are protected by NDAs where required, and shared only after buyer or tenant screening. Owner and landlord contact details are never published on listings without explicit written consent.
6. Buyer & tenant privacy
Identification documents shared during qualification are reviewed only by the advisor managing your case and destroyed within 90 days of inactivity unless a transaction is in progress.
7. Storage & security
Information is stored on secured infrastructure inside Egypt and the EU with access limited to authorized personnel under strict access controls. We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months unless you request deletion sooner.
8. International transfers
Where data is processed outside Egypt (e.g. for analytics or hosting providers), we ensure equivalent protections through contractual safeguards.
9. Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion (the right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, data portability, or withdrawal of consent at any time by emailing privacy@eliteproperties.ltd. We respond within 30 days.
10. Cookies & analytics
We use minimal first-party cookies for language preference and consent state, and Google Analytics with IP anonymization only when you grant consent. No third-party advertising trackers. You can change your consent at any time from the cookie banner.
11. Marketing communications
Newsletter and campaign updates are opt-in. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Transactional messages (about properties you've inquired on) are sent regardless until your case is closed.
12. Children
Our services are intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
13. Data breaches
In the unlikely event of a personal data breach that may affect your rights, we will notify you and the competent Egyptian authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
14. Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your data, please contact us first at privacy@eliteproperties.ltd. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Center.
15. Updates to this policy
Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
